BUILDER MODEL / SPEC CONSTRUCTION LOAN

This program is designed to provide a business loan to a Builder for the construction of a model or spec home. Upon completion of the home, Normandy may be able to provide a permanent loan for your buyer at a very competitve rate, if desired.. Qualified construction lender.

The Normandy Advantage:
