Residential Construction Loans

Financing for consumers and builders interested in funding residential construction or renovation. We offer services for both self-build and hiring projects, as well as builder sold, builder model/spec and multi-family 2-4 unit loans.

Lot/Land Loans

Financing for Borrowers who are looking to fund a lot/land purchase or refinance. We offer to fund loans for land eligible for residential and commercial construction, as well as agricultural zoned property.

Bridge Loans

A Bridge Loan allows you to take advantage of the equity in your current Owner-Occupied residence or another property you own (which is intended to be sold) to purchase a new residence or construct a new home. Taking equity in your current commercial property you intend to sell is also possible.

Commercial Loans

Loans for a commercial property purchase or refinance (Office Buildings, Retail, Shopping Centers, Warehouse, Multi-Family +5 units, and other income-generating properties). We offer business loans to construct commercial property and to purchase and/or develop raw land for a residential or commercial subdivision.

Alternative Residential Loans

Financing for Borrowers looking to purchase or refinance. We offer non-qualified, bank statement, weak credit and unique property mortgage loans to Borrowers who may not qualify for a conventional mortgage loan. Conventional market rates do not apply.
